I will say we went to Toyota in Lewisville and Grapevine and neither of those was a good experience. If you are shopping around for a Toyota I Definitely recommend the Denton Toyota!

We bought our Tundra from a AutoNation used car dealership in May and had some issues with the Transmission fluid leaking amongst other things. We brought it into Toyota of Denton service department for a diagnosis. We went to Alexis Ibarra, as he was the Service Advisor who helped us previously with my 4Runner, and he once again did AMAZING and provided above exceptional service! He thoroughly went through expectations, next steps and was so patient answering our many questions. He was extremely thorough explaining to us what is covered through our warranty and was transparent with what to expect. Alexis - We can’t thank you enough for being amazing! Wonderful experience, I dealt with 2 different service advisors, 1 for check in and 1 that was assigned and assisted me with check out. Both were very helpful, courteous, and informative. I will definitely be doing all future services here. While I was there also spoke to a salesman (was wandering while waiting on service) and he was very nice, not pushy, answered the questions I had, and gave me his business card and let me continue perusing. Will definitely visit this dealership for next Toyota vehicle purchase.

From our initial call with Kait Jentzen, to finalizing the sale with Isaias Flores everyone treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. I initially inquired about a pearl white rav4 hybrid that was sold by the time we made a decision, however, Isaias actually went above and beyond procuring the vehicle as a dealer trade and making sure that our (very generous) negotiated price was matched.
